1. About this project

This website offers a limited free art print (one per household). You only cover shipping and handling costs.

All artworks are created and offered directly by me, without intermediaries.

2. Orders and eligibility

• One free print is available per household
• Orders are subject to availability
• I reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse the offer or violate these terms

3. Shipping

Prints are shipped via standard postal service without a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation.

All shipments are insured. If your print is damaged in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable time, I will send a replacement at no additional cost. No need to return the original.

4. Satisfaction guarantee & refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your print for any reason, contact me within 30 days, and I will refund your full payment — no questions asked. You do not need to return the print.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

I do not store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are protected by copyright.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. The artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

I do my best to ensure accurate information and a smooth experience, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
